Diversify are experts in the field of disability confident business consulting. Our work aims to transform society’s views of people living with disabilities and impairments so that they can live fulfilling lives with confidence and engagement in the community.

Diversify has achieved ‘Disability Confident Leader’ status, the highest level possible in the Government’s Disability Confident scheme.

Disability Confident encourages employers to be positive about the skills that people with disabilities can bring to the workforce and remove barriers to recruiting and retaining employees with disabilities. To be a Leader means doing the right thing, setting the right example, and sharing best practice.

Diversify want to encourage more companies to make sure they’re not missing out on this huge, untapped pool of talent. We are proud to be a fully inclusive employer helping to positively change attitudes, behaviours and cultures.

We consult one-on-one with business leaders and their staff to help them become more disability confident.

What is disability confident consulting? It’s an approach to disability and impairment that shifts the focus away from what can’t be done, where the discourse often takes place, and pivots to what can be done, a discussion about the possibilities and the solutions we can put into place to empower disabled and impaired people.

From private organisations and government associations, to care homes and educational facilities, we empower organisations with the knowledge that they have an active role to play in serving the disabled and impaired members of their community.

Level 1 – Committed

Level 2 – Employer
	Overview	What we offer
	This is the next stage of your journey, which requires more in-depth commitments. Signing up to the Disability Confident commitments Identifying at least one thing that you can do that will make a difference for disabled people.	We will provide remote support; both online and over the phone, including: A full review of Disability Confident self-assessment prior to submission, including a detailed report to keep. Good practice guidance, and suggested ways of evidencing your own good practice Sign off from our ambassadors with lived experience of disability within the workplace Identification of areas for development Kickstart your progression to Level 3 status.

Level 3 – Leader
	Overview	What we offer
	By stepping up to become a Disability Confident Leader, your business can gain recognition amongst your peers. You will be acting as a champion within your local and business community, supply chain and networks. You will be showing disabled people that you are serious about leading the way and about helping other businesses to become disability confident. To become a Disability Confident Leader, you’ll need to: Have your self-assessment validated from outside your business Show what you have done as a Disability Confident Leader	We offer a bespoke approach of face-to-face support including: Analysis of current state which may include mystery shopping and staff surveys Onsite or remote review of policies, processes and procedures, alongside other evidence you would use for Level 3 validation. Initial gap analysis and opportunity for submission of supplementary evidence and review, followed by a detailed report confirming validation status. Good practice guidance, and suggested ways of evidencing your own good practice Sign off from our ambassadors with lived experience of disability within the workplace.
